sensitive clients policy

We are committed to conducting business in an ethical and responsible manner

As part of our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, we have established this policy to outline our decision not to engage with clients involved in sensitive industries. Perma Collective Ltd is committed to conducting business in an ethical and responsible manner.

Policy Statement
Perma Collective Ltd recognises the importance of aligning our business practices with values that contribute positively to society and the environment. Therefore, we have decided not to provide our services to clients operating in sensitive industries. Sensitive industries include, but are not limited to, those involved in:

1. Weapons manufacturing or distribution
2. Tobacco and smoking-related products
3. Gambling and betting
4. Adult entertainment
5. Environmental exploitation

This decision is driven by our commitment to promoting a positive impact on the environment, society, and our collective well-being.  We believe that by refraining from working with clients in sensitive industries, we can contribute to a more sustainable and socially responsible business landscape.

To ensure the effective implementation of this policy, Perma Collective Ltd will:

1. Screen potential clients to verify their industry affiliations.
2. Communicate our policy to clients, explaining our decision not to engage with sensitive industries.
3. Regularly review and update our client engagement criteria to remain consistent with our values.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to thorough review and approval by company shareholders: Camilla Sorensen and Liam Bergin.

This policy will be communicated to all employees, clients, and stakeholders. It will be publicly available on our website to foster transparency about our business practices.
